About Us

Rina and Sergio have over 8 years experience in residential real estate in San Diego. They specialize in Carmel Valley, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe and other fine communities.

Throughout their careers, they have earned different awards and designations, including the “Previews Properties” designation from Coldwell Banker, “Fine Homes Specialist” designation from Prudential, and most recently the “Premier Properties” agent designation from Windermere Exclusive Properties. They have also received the “Honor Society” award from Prudential putting them among the top 12% nationally for their performance in 2008.

As a team, they complement each other to outperform the competition and they constantly work on educating themselves on trends, changes and other factors that affect the local real estate markets.

Having worked for many years with both US and foreign home buyers and sellers, Sergio and Rina have established strong collaboration relationships with many professionals in different fields. This can be useful in any transaction, but especially in those where more sophisticated planning is required.

Sergio has a strong background in the legal aspects of real estate. He has worked with real estate developers and investors in the creation of new communities in Southern California. He has proven his excellent negotiating skills time and time again, always looking after his clients’ best interests.

Because of her background as an interior designer, Rina has the exceptional ability to maximize the appeal of any home, and match home buyers with their ideal house based on the possibilities each property offers.

San Diego residents since 1998, Rina and Sergio currently live in Torrey Hills with their two children. Among other activities, they volunteer their time to the community. Sergio has served on the Board of Directors or the Torrey Hills Homeowners Association and the Torrey Hills Community Planning Board. Rina is actively involved in the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary where she served on the Board, and she also volunteers for the PTA.

Their bilingual/bicultural background allows them to take care of both the English and Spanish speaking clientele.
